I moved to the Methow Valley in 1996 after spending my childhood summers here and I have loved it ever since. I received my A.A from Wenatchee Valley College-Omak and my B.A. from Central Washington University. I then moved back to the valley where I got married and began a family. My husband and I now have three kids and one BIG dog.

This site is currently under construction. If you have any questions about booking a party, please write me at partyonapenny@hotmail.com or write in the forum section and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks.

It's Party Time!

Whether you are planning a birthday, a baby shower, a graduation, a reception, or just want to throw a shindig, I can make it the most memorable experience. Let me take care of all the details while you sit back and enjoy the special day.

A Little History!

The first event I ever planned was a Baby Looney Tunes baby shower for my brother when he was expecting his first child. The decorations coordinated beautifully and I was so excited when I found a cake that had the characters on it to fit with the theme. The end result was adorable and I was hooked.

The following summer, I, along with two other graduates, planned our college graduation. We put together a "Celestial/Millennium" themed graduation that was incredible. We used star patterned gossamer netting all over the stage, we had stars hanging from the ceiling, the cakes were moon and star shaped, and the programs and announcements matched perfectly.

Once I had children, I really took advantage of being able to plan a party. The best party thrown to date was when my daughter turned 4 and wanted the theme to be "Phantom of the Opera." That is not a common request, so I had to improvise and the results were amazing. I used black mask cutouts for invitations and I made up my own wording writing with a silver pen so the wording would stand out. I had cakes that were in the shape of a mask and I put different words on each cake and sprinkled the table with rose petals. I created my own party favors and printed movies scenes on glossy photo paper and put them up all over our house. The planning took a couple of weeks, but the reward was seeing the look on my daughter's face. Here are some pictures from that party.

I am now planning a blacklight/laser tag party and I can't wait to have the event and get some pictures up. Please check back often as I update my site on a regular basis.

Please feel free to look around and thanks for visiting!
